CONGRATULATIONS 2009 POSA Summer Conference Team!!
Conference Breakfast - Wednesday, July 8th - Immediately following Practice-
Centennial Park Pavilion (South of pool)
Please bring the following breakfast foods:
Last names beginning with
A-H - individual drinks
I-P - yogurt & granola bars
Q-Z - bagels & cream cheese
breakfast casseroles also a big hit
Volunteers needed for set up and clean - contact POSA board if you have not fulfilled your volunteer requirement.
Please drop off your items by the Centennial Park Pavilion by 8:15 am Wednesday morning.

Conference Meet information: Lincoln Way East High School is located at: 201 Colorado Avenue, Frankfort, IL 60423
Coach Josh has asked that all POSA swimmers remain on deck throughout the meet. He wants the swimmers to refrain from going into the stands and encourages all swimmers to cheer on their teammates. Go POSA!!
Age group swimmers to begin swimming at Crystal Tree on June 11th. Session 2 from 7:00 - 8:00am / Session 1 from 8:00 - 9:00am. Reversal allows warmer temperatures for younger swimmers
